Dr. Bill Bailey is a Certified Natural Health Professional, and holds a doctorate in Natural Health in the field of Naturopathy. He also has a Ph.D. in Theology, and is a Certified Traditional Naturopath, certified by the American Naturopathic Certification Board (ANCB.) He is also a Master Herbalist, and a Professional Member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants, and of the Coalition for Natural Health. He is one of the founders, and currently serves as the Webmaster, of the North Carolina Chapter of the Certified Natural Health Professionals. He also serves as webmaster for the North Carolina Citizens for Healthcare Freedom.

Dr. Bailey has well over thirty years of experience as a computer professional, and works as a System Administrator at High Point Regional Health Systems. He is a Certified Citrix Administrator and a VMware Certified Professional. He manages both Microsoft Windows and Open Source Linux servers, and has a particular dedication to the Open Source movement. He believes that the best software, as well as the humans that use it, should be free! He is a system and network engineer, and loves “Geek Culture!” His blog, “Dr. Bill: The Computer Curmudgeon” is a platform to express his quest to free the world of monopolistic tyranny, and make the world a safer place for computing. He also has a weird sense of humor… as evidenced by that last comment.
